Our one Michelin-starred House Restaurant serves award-winning Irish cuisine. Chef Patron Tony Parkin’s goal is to take influence from our heritage, and to support local fishermen and farmers. We are blessed to have such incredible ingredients in Ardmore & its surroundings. It is our belief that the finer the ingredient the less work it needs. This will be reflected in our cooking and our presentation. Enjoy an eight-course tasting menu in our ocean-facing, glass-walled dining room open Wednesday to Saturday.

History of Youghal
Youghal has been a coastal resort and popular holiday destination for centuries and is famous for its sandy beaches. It has many walks and trails, featuring diverse wildlife and maritime habitat. Picturesque coastal scenery can be viewed from both Youghal Bay and the Blackwater River Estuary.
Slob Bank stretches 3km out along the Blackwater Estuary and is home to a very diverse range of species. Here you can find plaice, flounder and sea bass, as well as seabirds including Turnstones, Green Sandpiper, Kingfisher and in winter, Greenland White-Fronted Geese.
