AN INTIMATE SPA BY THE SEA
Our luxury spa, The Well, takes its name from the sacred spring at St Declan’s Well, a short walk from our hotel in Ardmore.
We offer a range of natural therapies that reflect our seaside location – with spa vouchers available to purchase, making for a fail-safe gift.
We also encourage active wellness with a menu that allows you to get fit and feel rejuvenated in Ireland’s great outdoors.
A LUXURY HOTEL SPA AND POOL
A 15m indoor infinity-edge swimming pool is The Well’s centrepiece. The floor-to-ceiling windows and ocean views create a sense of unending space, as if the pool is merging into the Irish Sea.
Outside, we have a natural outdoor rock pool which can be enjoyed at full tide, for those who want a bracing swim. We also have an outdoor heated Jacuzzi and relaxation terrace with two stone baths, allowing you to benefit from the refreshing sea air in comfort.
Inside our spa, the sauna, steam room and four treatment rooms – including a couple’s treatment room – offer serene luxury in a light, peaceful space. Our small but fully-equipped fitness room, complete with crosstrainer, running machine and exercise bike, is an ideal space to work out and re-energise.
In summer, the spa facilities, pool and gym are open from 8am to 8pm.
BODY MASSAGES, WRAPS, SCRUBS AND BATHING THERAPIES
Body massages at The Well are targeted to your specific needs, whether you are seeking to galvanise a sluggish circulation, relieve stress and tension or simply relax.
Wraps and scrubs at The Well make use of natural ingredients from Bora Bora White Sand to Irish seaweed, with the marine ingredients helping to detoxify at a deeper level.
Our bathing therapies take place in two special outdoor baths, allowing you to breathe the fresh sea air while soaking in a hot bath infused with revitalising, natural products.
FACIAL AND BEAUTY TREATMENTS
We offer a number of facials at our luxury spa in Ireland, all of them notable for their tangible results. Some use Anne Semonin products which utilise natural ingredients and plant extracts; others use Voya, an Irish brand that relies upon natural ingredients from the sea.
For those seeking some pampering, we offer a number of beauty treatments, including manicures by BioSculpture and Lycon Waxing.
Where better to escape as a couple than this luxury seaside hotel in Ireland?

The bathing area outside features two large baths and views across the ocean — a romantic place to relax with your partner.
