- Should you wish to avail of Cliff Beach House – Half Residence’s recreational facilities, which include a small gym, outdoor hot tub, and cinema room, we would advise you to pre-book the same at least two days ahead of your arrival
- The five-star Cliff House Hotel is situated a short two-minute walk away from Cliff Beach House. All spa, dining, and adventure activities at Cliff House Hotel need to be pre-booked in advance. - We would like to advise that a 50% deposit is required during the time of the booking and will be taken from card provided once we receive your booking.
- Cliff Beach House – Half Residence adheres to a strict 21-day cancellation policy.
- Full payment for the three-bedroom villa is mandatory 21 days in advance.
Finally, a €5000 pre-authorisation by card is required on the day of arrival.
