From our CLIFF Sommeliers

Our team of sommeliers at Cliff House Hotel work very closely with our Chef Patron Tony Parkin to marry his innovative modern Irish cuisine with an exciting, surprising wine list. Bottles are stored in a glass-walled wine cellar for your perusal.

A compelling beer list is also available, alongside Champagnes, sparkling wines and classic, organic and dessert wines.


The wines on our list reflect a true diversity of styles and countries from both the old and new worlds. Impeccably informed – and always exploratory – we present an interesting array of tastes and flavours. Sometimes even Japanese sake finds itself on to the wine tasting menu, devised to accompany the eight-course fine dining experience in The House Restaurant.
