A day tailor-made for lovers of food
After you’ve arrived and settled into your accommodation, we’ll arrange for you to meet with enthusiastic local forager, Andrew Malcolm.
Andrew will then lead you on a 90-minute walk into the surrounding woods and fields, and teach you to find, identify, prepare and eat the edible fruits, nuts and fungi which are native to Ireland.
In the evening you can dine on a tasting menu from the hotel’s Michelin-starred House Restaurant, with wine pairings provided by our cellar. The award-winning Irish cuisine uses produce grown on Irish land and fished from Irish seas.
The following morning you can dine on a full Irish breakfast, and take home a signed copy of Let’s Go Disco.
