Her afternoon of indulgence begins with perfectly chilled bubbly and delicate canapés before diving into a menu of seasonal brilliance: Peter Hannan’s world-renowned beef, Yorkshire’s famously pink rhubarb, and kale grown with heart in St. Raphael’s, Youghal. Thoughtfully crafted, sustainably sourced, and utterly luxurious—because Mum deserves nothing less.
