Hurley Carrots

Declan Hurley is a local producer who has supplied the local area with the freshest ingredients for over 35 years. All of Hurley’s produce is grown locally only a hop skip and jump away from the hotel some of which is grown on the Ardmore Cliff Walk. Declan’s team of eight live locally and provide the hotel with carrots, parsnips and potatoes. With a Bord Bia approval, the team produce the highest standard of vegetables to the West Waterford area.
