Rooted in Heritage

In the present day, Cliff House Hotel is celebrated as a modern-day sanctuary renowned for luxurious getaways. Yet, beneath its contemporary façade, echoes of history resonate deeply. A truly integral part of Ardmore’s landscape, the old Cliff House Hotel served the village faithfully for over 80 years before its transformation by the group’s Irish owners in 2008.

A second such recognition for CLIFF Group

The membership to Small Luxury Hotels of the World comes just 6 months after the group’s Kildare hotel, Cliff at Lyons, became part of the prestigious Ireland’s Blue Book last November. The group also recently announced a new luxury self-catering brand Cliff Residence incorporating some 14 high-end homes across Kildare and Waterford. The latest in the collection Cliff River Lodge, located in Ballyduff and just minutes from Lismore Castle, will offer guests a spectacular fishing lodge and private beat on Waterford’s salmon-filled River Blackwater.
