Join us on the Oceanfront Terrace at CLIFF House Hotel for a very special summer dining experience hosted by CLIFF Group Executive Head Chef Sean Smith. Set over Ardmore Bay, enjoy a celebratory evening dedicated to the finest food from the Irish coast, prepared over flame and infused with the flavours of summer.

Your evening begins with a seasonal welcome cocktail before a five-course seafood barbecue. Expect freshly shucked oysters, local mussels, prawns by the grill, line-caught tuna, lobster and other seasonal specialities, all prepared in Chef Sean's signature style over open fire. Combining the theatre of outdoor cooking with the relaxed atmosphere of a summer evening, this promises to be one of the highlights of the season at CLIFF House Hotel.
