The Well, our luxury on-site spa, takes its name from St Declan’s Well, a sacred spring dating from the fifth century. St Declan’s is located a two-minute walk from the hotel and remains a site of pilgrimage for Christians of various denominations to this day.
One of our most popular treatments is our organic seaweed soak on the outdoor terrace, where you can bathe while looking out across the bay. This skin-plumping bath will relax your muscles and help rejuvenate tired-looking skin.
More adventurous spa lovers should head down to Ardmore Bay for a brisk swim in the natural rock pools left by the tide, before heading back to The Well for a soak in the hot tub.
