The House Restaurant
The House Restaurant, with Champagne velvets and natural Irish tweeds, overlooks the ocean. With a focus on sustainability and keeping everything as local as possible, House restaurant is a seasonal restaurant, making full use of ingredients from our west Waterford land and sea. Menus with a strong focus on sustainability and local producers, will be devised for your event by Chef Patron, Tony Parkin to create a celebration of Irish food.
From our award-winning food to flowers and place cards, our role is to serve your needs whether you take over the entire hotel for exclusive use or are married in the company of just a handful of your closest friends.
We will happily share our trusted contacts for everything from florists to hair stylists, photographers and musicians.
