Alma del Mar | An Evening of Spanish Flavours & Flamenco
Join us at CLIFF House Hotel for Alma del Mar – Soul of the Sea, a Spanish-inspired dining experience hosted by CLIFF Group Executive Head Chef Sean Smith.
For one evening this September, the flavours and sounds of Spain come to Ardmore, with a specially created menu inspired by the food and culinary traditions of Spain.
Your evening begins with a welcome drink before dinner at 7.30pm, accompanied by the evocative sounds of live flamenco guitar from Spanish guitarist and composer Juan José Manzano.
Born and raised in Andalucía, Juan José grew up immersed in the traditions of flamenco and began performing professionally at the age of 18. Now based in Ireland, he brings the warmth, rhythm and soul of southern Spain to this intimate evening by the sea.
Combining Chef Sean's cooking, live flamenco music and the relaxed atmosphere of Ocenfront Restaurant & Bar overlooking Ardmore Bay, Alma del Mar promises an evening filled with Spanish flavour and soul on the Waterford coast.
