Our award-winning restaurant at Cliff House Hotel, Ireland, attracts foodies from all over the world to this seaside village in West Waterford. Both our main House Restaurant as well as our Bar Restaurant honour the great produce of Waterford, Cork, and the Irish Sea.
House Restaurant operates for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday all year around, with exceptions on weeks with bank holidays. Bar Restaurant is open every day for dining from lunchtime.

The House Restaurant at Cliff House Hotel carries a Michelin star that sources as much produce as possible from Ireland, be it land or sea.
An exciting new phase in the continuing story of Cliff House Hotel has just begun, with the appointment of Executive Chef, Ian Doyle, leading a new and dynamic young kitchen team at the helm of this elegant coastal retreat.
THE BAR RESTAURANT
In our relaxed Bar Restaurant, you will find a menu that is both sophisticated and easygoing – a tribute to the very best Irish cuisine.
The menus offer a wide selection of sandwiches and seafood dishes, including monkfish, Helvick cod, local crab, and chowder.
Rib-eye steaks are meltingly soft, while the desserts are classic Irish comfort food taken to the next level.
Featuring the prettiest, tastiest savoury and sweet delights imaginable, Afternoon Tea in The House restaurant will feature some enchanting surprises to add art and theatre to your afternoon.
For Afternoon Tea at The Cliff House Hotel, along with the sandwich selection enjoy, Pollock mousse with cucumber on potato bread, Durrus cheese with gooseberry chutney, Lavender shortbread and Choux buns with chocolate.
Cliff House Hotel Afternoon Tea runs from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the House restaurant on the last Sunday of most months, priced at €45 per person.

BREAKFAST IN HOUSE RESTAURANT
If you are in the area and looking for a nutritious way to start the day we serve breakfast in House Restaurant from 7.30am to 11.00am priced at €25 per person. Soak up the ambiance and listen to the waves crash. You will be served fresh juice, breads, tea and coffee along with fruit and yogurt. When relaxed you can order a delicious hot breakfast that is cooked to order. From Waffles and Cream, The Cliff House Poached Eggs, Muesli or Porridge we have a variety of sweet and savoury breakfasts for you to enjoy. Sip on coffee and enjoy the change of scenery.
