Glenilen Farm

Glenilen Farm is based on the rolling hills of Drimoleague, West Cork. Glenilen Farm is a family run business founded in 1997 by husband and wife duo, Alan and Valerie Kingston. Over the last 23 years the business has grown from a team of 2 to 40 people.

Glenilen Farm produces yoghurt, cheesecakes, and country butter as well as a range of other high-quality dairy products, using milk from the neighbouring farms. Glenilen Farm’s ethos is cemented in to their products “made with a few simple ingredients”.

Alan, Valerie and team supply Cliff House Hotel with their natural live yoghurt. Perfect for a healthy breakfast. Their produce has won many awards over the years such as the IDEA Winner Brand & Identity Consumer 2011, Good Food Ireland – Winner Food Producer of the Year 2011-2012 and Agri Business – Winner Prepared Food Agri Business of the year 2015.

On the farm the team have many sustainable practices. They collect 320,000 litres of rainwater here on the farm and use it for outdoor wash up around the farm. The farm has  200 photovoltaic solar panels installed which enables us to produce 60,000KWH of solar power energy.

The jars & tubs can be recycled & upcycled and their mission continues to have the most sustainable packaging in their category.
