Goatsbridge Trout Farm have an extensive knowledge and experience on farming rainbow trout and has been passed down through three generations. Each catch comes daily from the crystal clear waters of The Little Arrigle River in County Kilkenny giving a unique texture and taste. Husband and wife Mag and Ger Kirwan are at the centre of the Goatsbridge story and live on the farm. They work together to carry the proud tradition of purity and sustainability.
