Irish Atlantic Seaweed

Located on the Skellig coast of the Wild Atlantic on the Ring of Kerry, husband and wife John and Kerryann Fitzgerald have been running seaweed discovery courses & workshops since 2009.

As educators and custodians of the marine habitat their environmental policy is to respect, enjoy and protect the natural wonders that surround them. John and  Kerryann supplied the House restaurant with their Kelp Handled Cutlery and have supplied Executive Chef Ian Doyle with a range of innovative seaweed products such as Kelp Ash Sea Salt.

In 2018 Atlantic Irish Seaweed was awarded the honour of being made “TASTEKERRY” Food Ambassadors and have been sustainably harvesting from their sites for over a decade.
