McGrath’s Butchers began trading in Cappoquin in the 1600s and have been in Lismore since the 1890s. John McGrath and his team supply the hotel with lamb and beef which is locally sourced from McGraths farm situated only a short distance from their shop in Lismore. The team have won awards such as the Eurotoques Award and The Good Food Ireland – Best Next Generation Award. John and his team take pride in their produce to ensure they provide high quality meats to the local area and throughout Ireland.
